I live in the State of Idaho. I have spent some time with a person named Todd Russell in the Bonner County jail who has not been to trial or sentenced. He has been sitting there for about 17 months. While in jail he was cut off his Dr. prescribed medications and went into convolutions dropping face down onto the concrete floor. This has caused much damage to his face, jaw and teeth. After going to the local hospital here in Sandpoint, Idaho, here now has MRSA and is scared. I was in the same cell with him and have seen his many sores. I also understand now that I could have caught MRSA from him. Todd is unable to help himself behind bars...How can I help him?
I would also like to say that Idaho is a very corrupt state and I'll be leaving as soon as I can... This is weirdoville
thanks in advance for any help

[...] There’s lots of talk about drug-resistant bacteria these days in the medical community and the blogosphere. It’s a real problem in operating rooms, locker rooms, state penitentiaries, and other places. When I was a wee freshman in pharmacy school, I came across a Wired magazine article — I think it was Wired, anyway — that discussed the use of viruses to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes, specifically against bacterial infections.
Thanks for the link! This is such a scary thing. Just to let you know, my husbands MRSA abscess on his neck, the grand total of that was just over $350,000. $15,000 is potentially a very low figure.
